Today February 17,I decided to shut down both of my PC's and reboot my modem, waited for that to finish and than rebooted my router and waited for that to finish. Did this because both PC's had the stuck "Pending downloads" issue. We'll see if that helps with the "Pending Download" for Windows Updates. I also have all Windows Update Services and Background Intelligent Update services set to Automatic. If users are having Internet problems or Windows Update problems, it is a good idea to shut down your devices and reboot your modem, than your router.
Since new Windows 10 builds are a new version of Windows 10, drivers and network devices that get changed via new version updates can sometimes get corrupted.
